# Maksym Mekhovskyi — Front-end developer & Forward Deployed Engineer > Front-end developer and forward deployed engineer. Two years under NDA on an AI site builder, agentic workflow solutions and three Capacitor mobile apps. Before that, games, fintech and Telegram mini-apps. - Location: Ukraine (remote) - Email: contact@mekhovskyi.tech - Website: https://mekhovskyi.tech - CV as HTML: https://mekhovskyi.tech/cv - CV as PDF: https://mekhovskyi.tech/Maksym-Mekhovskyi-CV.pdf - Updated: 2026-10 ## Experience ### Forward Deployed Engineer & front-end developer — company under NDA (2024 — present) - **AI site builder** (2024 — present · 2 years): A site builder with AI at the core. I build the front end and the AI side of it: agentic workflows, LLM API and third-party AI integrations, MCP servers and clients, and a modern development workflow around them. Stack: Vue, JavaScript, LLM APIs, MCP, AI agents. - **Agentic workflow solutions** (2024 — present): As a forward deployed engineer: agentic workflow solutions built with Claude Code, AI agents and prompt engineering, connected to existing tools through REST APIs, webhooks and OAuth, with RAG knowledge bases and n8n automations where they fit. Stack: Claude Code, AI agents, RAG, n8n, REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth. - **Mobile app I** (02/2025 · 3 weeks): A mobile app written with web technologies and packaged as a native app with Capacitor, the runtime from the Ionic team. Product details are under NDA. Stack: Capacitor, JavaScript. - **Mobile app II** (07/2025 · 3 weeks): Another mobile app on the same approach: web technologies packaged as a native app with Capacitor. Product details are under NDA. Stack: Capacitor, JavaScript. - **Mobile app III** (01/2026 · 3 weeks): A third mobile app built with web technologies and Capacitor. Product details are under NDA. Stack: Capacitor, JavaScript. ### Redesigns & front-end fixes — Side work (2023 — present) Alongside the main projects: several redesigns of existing sites, plus smaller HTML, CSS and JavaScript fixes, from broken layouts and responsive bugs to misbehaving scripts. Stack: HTML, CSS / SCSS, JavaScript. ## Projects - **Telegram mini-app game** (07/2024 — 08/2024 · v2 from 12/2024, Games): A mobile game running as a Telegram mini-app. I tested Three.js against Pixi.js and chose Three.js. The second version brought a redesign, refactoring and a few new solutions. A beta where the background moves depending on the position of the phone in space. Kinda fun. Stack: HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, Three.js, Telegram. - **Digital banking app** (05/2024 — 06/2024, Fintech): One of the best-designed projects I have worked on. When the customer disliked some grid-based spacing, I overlaid the Figma layout on the local build and tuned paddings and margins by hand. A better understanding of animation from a design perspective, interesting responsive solutions and a new favourite plugin. Stack: HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, Figma, Pixelay. - **HTML5 games 2** (02/2024 — 04/2024, Games): Seven new games (five reworked from scratch rather than rewritten), a new design and a lot of code. Fully responsive this time: 100% of the adaptation requirements met. New JavaScript bugs, OOP solutions, a lot of animation work and a bunch of interesting decisions under the hood. Stack: HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, PHP. - **Web game** (10/2023, Games): A big step up in design from my earlier games. After my back-end colleague struggled with my earlier data structure, I paid special attention to how data flows through the app. Consolidated practices from earlier projects and built a clean, structured hand-off with the back-end and its data. Stack: HTML, SCSS, JavaScript. - **Trading platform** (08/2023 — 09/2023, Fintech): A large trading platform with many solutions I had never used before. It ended with a simple exchange fed by live Binance market data, dynamic rendering of all content without React or Vue, plus staking and an asset screener. Experience building a big project end to end, a whole bunch of new bugs and tricks, and a real level-up in CSS thanks to some awkward design decisions. Stack: HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, PHP, Binance API. - **Transport booking site** (07/2023 — 08/2023, Web): A passenger transport site. The spec included editable content and a Telegram bot for processing requests. There was no design, so I made my own. Basic experience of what managers want as admin tools, and of alternatives like an admin panel without an admin panel, or a Telegram bot instead. Stack: HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, Vue, Telegram Bot. - **Agri data parser** (06/2023 — 07/2023, Data): A parser that built the largest database of Ukrainian farm producers and their products, for an agritech project. Experience in parsing and the modern tooling around it. Stack: Python, JavaScript, Apify, NoSQL. - **HTML5 games** (03/2023 — 05/2023, Games): Five HTML5 games with simple visuals but interesting solutions under the hood. Strict responsive requirements, met by 90%. A lot of game logic, math and JavaScript, plus some new responsive techniques. Stack: HTML, SCSS, JavaScript. - **Forklift** (02/2023 — 01/2024 · 1 year, Web): Started as a regular static site with an admin panel and grew, edit by edit, into a full-fledged page builder. Heavy on changes, daily communication with the client and an under-estimated spec. Learned how projects grow in complexity on a logarithmic scale, and how to keep a year of ongoing support manageable. Also: WordPress, never again. Stack: HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, Git. - **Manufacturing company site** (05/2022 — 07/2022, Web): My first web project: a site for a manufacturing company, heavy on animation and light on responsiveness. It stayed online for two years, and later pages were added in Vue. A lot of CSS, some JavaScript and a first taste of Vue. Stack: HTML, LESS, JavaScript, Vue. ## Skills - Front end & mobile: HTML, SCSS / LESS, JavaScript, OOP, Vue, Three.js, Capacitor (Ionic) - AI engineering: LLM APIs, AI agents & agentic workflows, Prompt engineering, RAG / knowledge-based AI systems, MCP servers & clients, Third-party AI integrations - Agentic coding: Claude Code agentic workflows, Oh My Pi, Orca - Automation & integrations: AI workflow automation, n8n, REST APIs, Webhooks, Authentication / OAuth - Back end & data: PHP, Python, NoSQL, SQLite - Workflow: Git, Figma, Telegram bots ## Languages - Ukrainian: C2 - Russian: C1 - English: C1 (EF SET 66/100, https://cert.efset.org/Sc6Zix) - Polish: A2
